I’ve had quite a few wild insights in recent years that I’ve held back from the public. Now I know why. This is it. This is the moment to share everything. I’ll be talking in more detail about this soon. For now, please watch the video and then, if you would, answer the one-question poll below it.
Whitley Strieber has changed the theme of his workshop for Sunday, Dec. 11th. And for Strieber fans, it is a knockout! Take a look….
Stories from a Life: Whitley Strieber tells stories from his life of high strangeness, starting in his earliest years and moving up to the present. Many of these stories are not published, and reflect a life that is either unique or one that we all live, but do not notice. If so, then why did Whitley notice?
You will find the answer here.
And you will find tickets here!
Rare is the high strangeness symposium that brings together speakers who do not claim to have all of the answers to unknowns and perhaps unknowables. When you think about it, such talks should not be so rare. They should be the norm–the self-evident norm. And yet the things that sell are confidence and answers. In other words, security sells. Expertise sells. Answers and predictability are comfortable, and they are necessary in most instances in our lives. But when it comes to the subjects that touch the depths of us, the opposite is true. Discomfort with our oft-repeated assumptions is necessary and questioning is the answer.
Sitting with deep questions opens a door within us. Open it a bit and see that this is where insight lives. A bit further and imagine like a child again. Swing it wide and you may be transformed.
On December 10th, the Island of Hawaii will witness such a symposium, with speakers who simply get it–and from completely different angles. If you are unfamiliar with any of them, here is a taste of what’s to come….
We have decided to extend the $65 early bird special to December 1st! We will begin airing radio commercials the week prior and would like radio listeners to be able to take advantage, should tickets still be available. We recommend that you get them now, of course, as seating is limited.
What does $65 get you?
It gets you the Living Mystery Symposium on Saturday and both Whitley Strieber’s & Dennis McKenna’s workshops on Sunday. That’s a $95 value for just $65! Spread the word–and don’t miss out!
Expect to see these around the island shortly.
On a sad note, it is more than likely that Tiokasin Ghosthorse won’t be with us in December for the symposium. There is still a chance but it is ever so slight, as he will be flying around the world at that time and the timing is likely not going to work out. Whitley Strieber, Jeffrey Kripal, Dennis McKenna, and Jeremy Vaeni are all locked in, however. We will update you on further developments with Tiokasin if they occur and will definitely be hosting him on the Big Island for an event in 2017. Stay tuned for more details. In the meantime, check out the facebook page for his new and deeply fantastic book project, Butterfly Against The Wind: https://www.facebook.com/ButterflyAgainstTheWind
Aloha, Everyone. Just want to take a moment to thank Joe Gooch for producing two songs for the Living Mystery Symposium. Joe was instrumental (literally and figuratively) in adding to the ever-evolving Paratopia soundtrack over the years and created the theme song to The Experience. He is an endless creative force and a friend. Although he cannot make the symposium this year, he’ll be here in spirit and in song. Check them out!
